To a large extent, that is completely up to you. I’m open to communicating using whatever means you would prefer. Most clients correspond by email. I also chat with some via messaging platforms like WhatsApp, WeChat and Telegram. For voice conversations, we can speak telephonically (including by WhatsApp voice calls) or by using platforms like Zoom, Meet and Teams.

Castle Garden Law operates in close alignment with a number of professionals and frequently collaborates with them to provide solutions which reflect insights from both me and such other specialists. These services include accounting and tax compliance advice, capitalization table management services, outside chief financial officer and investor relations advice, securities compliance services, civil litigation advice, trusts and estates matters and immigration law-related advice.
For invoicing, how can I pay upfront retainers and other amounts?
Castle Garden Law clients may utilize the following payment methods: major credit cards and electronic funds payments (you will receive a payment link to handle these) as well as traditional checks and wire transfers. If you would like to use an alternative payment method, please contact us.
How do you handle expenses?
Castle Garden Law absorbs most routine expenses. For non-routine expenses, Castle Garden Law will obtain your written consent prior to incurring them on your behalf. The vast majority of Castle Garden Law clients never receive an invoice for expenses.
Do you employ any support or legal staff?
No. By not employing any administrative assistants, legal clerks, paralegals or associate attorneys, Castle Garden Law passes the savings of not having any headcount to you through reduced legal fee price points.
What measures does Castle Garden Law take to manage conflicts of interest?
With all new client engagements, Castle Garden Law runs a conflicts check. In extremely rare situations, we may need to obtain a conflict of interest waiver from you.
